The Sole Proprietorship of Perry Hall PC Guy, herein referred to as PCGUY collects and processes select user information from both this website and in-person interactions. This data consists of the following: First and last name, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, physical addresses, credit card information, Personal Data, and non-identifiable website usage information such as unique visitor counts.
Personal Data is herein defined as any file or other information that is either stored within or otherwise only accessible via the Customer's device. The Customer is herein referred to as the Device Owner.
PCGUY will never store credit card information for any reason.

PCGUY collects and stores the First Name, Last Name, Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, Physical Addresses, and the Company Name of the Device Owner during the intake process in-person, or through a form submission on this website. This information is stored as contact and billing information for use during repair operations, and is not shared with any third party unless specifically requested by the Device Owner, or when needed for a repair operation with the explicit consent of the Device Owner.
PCGUY collects and processes credit card information during the billing phase of a repair operation. This information is never stored for any reason.
PCGUY may have access to, and/or process Personal Data during a repair operation. PCGUY will never open files or otherwise access Personal Data unless it is both required for a repair operation and is with the explicit consent of the Device Owner. Personal Data may be copied or cloned during a repair operation, however copies and clones are not accessed by PCGUY without explicit consent from the Device Owner, and are deleted after a repair operation is complete*. Deletions are performed in compliance with Department Of Defense standards.
*PCGUY will, for an additional fee dependent on the agreed upon time period, store a copy or clone of Personal Data after a repair operation as a secure backup if the Device Owner requests it.
